When lifting loads of varying weights, motor speed fluctuates due to load changes (heavy loads sink or light loads move too quickly), resulting in poor positioning accuracy.
So how do we solve this problem?
Bridge crane vector control solutions:
Full torque control: Sufficient torque (up to 150%-200% of rated torque) is delivered the moment the bridge crane starts, effectively preventing hook slippage when lifting heavy loads.
Torque preset and memory: The system automatically detects load weight and delivers the appropriate torque for smooth lifting. For precise positioning, the system offers a "micro-motion" mode (e.g., jogging) to achieve millimeter-level movement.
Zero-speed hovering: Even when the motor speed is zero, the control system delivers a strong, maintaining torque to keep the load firmly in the air without any slippage.
