1. Beam structure
Double-layer box-type main beam: 30~40mm thick high-strength steel plate (Q345B or above) is welded into a closed box, and longitudinal stiffening ribs + transverse partitions are added inside, with anti-deflection capacity of ≤S/1200 (full-load deformation in the middle of the span <10cm/120m span).
Pre-camber: The prefabricated camber of the main beam is ≥1.4S/1000 (such as 168mm pre-camber for a span of 120m), offsetting the risk of permanent deformation.

2. End beam and walking mechanism
