Double girder bridge crane with easy operation and 50ton 22m Warehouses use
1. Strong carrying capacity:
The core feature is the ability to safely and stably lift and carry loads of 50 tons and below (usually designed with a safety factor of 1.25 times).
Suitable for the handling of heavy materials, large equipment, castings, steel coils, etc.
2. Stable double-girder structure:
Two parallel box beams are used as the main beam, with high structural rigidity and excellent torsion and bending resistance.
Effectively resist the deflection of the main beam under large tonnage loads to ensure smooth and accurate operation.
Provides a wide and stable track platform for trolley operation.
3. High working level:
50-ton cranes are usually designed for A5, A6 or even A7 working levels, which means they can adapt to busy and frequently used working conditions (such as metallurgy, casting, warehouses with frequent loading and unloading, and large manufacturing workshops).
Core components such as motors, reducers, brakes, wire ropes, wheels, etc. are all selected according to high working levels and have a long design life and reliability.
4. Reliable operating mechanism:
Trolley operating mechanism: Usually adopts double-sided drive (each end beam on both sides has a set of drive devices) or four-corner drive (each four corners has a set of drive devices) to ensure smooth operation, good synchronization, no slipping, and no rail gnawing under large tonnage. The drive often adopts a three-in-one drive unit (motor + reducer + brake integration), which has a compact structure and easy maintenance.
Trolley operating mechanism: It also adopts a stable and reliable drive form (such as three-in-one drive) to ensure that the trolley walks smoothly on the main beam track and accurately positions. The trolley frame has a sturdy structure and carries the lifting mechanism.
5. Powerful lifting mechanism:
Dual brake system: The lifting mechanism is usually equipped with dual brakes (main brake + safety brake) or brake + safety brake to ensure reliable braking in the event of power failure or failure to prevent heavy objects from falling, and the safety requirements are extremely high.
Double drum: Double drums are often used in combination with a balance pulley to double the number of wire rope branches (usually 4 ropes, 6 ropes or 8 ropes), reduce the tension of a single wire rope, improve safety and wire rope life, and reduce the swing of the hook.
High-power motor: Equipped with a lifting motor with sufficient power, usually with forced air cooling to meet the needs of frequent lifting of heavy objects.
Heavy-duty hook group: Equipped with a forged hook group with a rated load of more than 50 tons, it has high strength, safety and reliability.
