1. Applicable span range is moderate:
The deflection of single-beam structure will be larger than that of double-beam structure under larger span.
It is usually applicable to the span range of about 7.5 meters to 22.5 meters (specific requirements need to be determined according to design specifications and actual working conditions). When it exceeds this range or the main beam stiffness requirements are extremely high, double beams or special reinforcement designs need to be considered.
2. The working level is usually A3-A5 (intermediate):
The design work system (busyness and idleness, load spectrum) belongs to medium use intensity.
Advantages: It can meet the material handling, equipment installation and maintenance needs of most conventional workshops (such as machining, assembly, warehouse, maintenance workshop, etc.).
3. The clearance requirements for the plant are relatively low:
Because the structural height (main beam height + hoist height) is smaller than that of double-beam cranes.
Advantages: It is more advantageous when the plant height is limited and can effectively utilize space.
4. Complete safety devices (standard or optional):
Lifting height limiter (required): prevent over-winch.
Travel limiter (trolley, trolley): prevent overtravel collision.
Emergency stop switch (flashlight/cab).
Lifting weight limiter (overload limiter, strongly recommended): prevent overload and protect equipment and personnel safety.
Buffer (car stop): energy absorption at the end of the track.
Advantages: ensure operational safety and equipment safety.
5. Wide range of application scenarios:
Very suitable for workshops, warehouses, machine repair shops, assembly lines, small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and other occasions.
Used for lifting parts, raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, molds, equipment, etc.
Not suitable for: metallurgical casting (high-temperature molten metal), explosive hazardous environment (unless special explosion-proof type), chemical strong corrosive environment (unless special anti-corrosion type), ultra-high frequency heavy load (such as steelmaking workshop feeding) and other extreme working conditions.
