1. Structural design
Double-beam structure: supported by two parallel main beams, with strong rigidity and high stability, suitable for large span and heavy load conditions.

3. Wire rope and pulley system
High-strength wire rope: galvanized or plastic-coated wire rope is used, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and has a long service life.
Multi-layer winding drum: optimizes the arrangement of wire ropes, reduces friction loss, and prevents rope disorder.
Large-diameter pulley block: reduces the bending stress of wire ropes and extends service life.
4. Drive and transmission

5.Upgraded safety protection
Multi-level safety protection:
Dual brake system: main brake (motor side) + safety brake (drum side) to prevent hook slipping.
Overload limiter: real-time load monitoring, automatic power cut-off when overloaded.
Anti-collision device: end beam equipped with buffer or laser obstacle avoidance to prevent large/small vehicles from running and colliding.
