1.Lifting Motor
The compact wire rope hoist is designed according to FEM standards. The lifting drive adopts low noise, high efficiency, easy maintenance, aluminum three-stage parallel shaft gear reduction motor, which is directly installed on the drum. The high-power lifting motor with double-sided safety brake is available for users to choose from two options: double speed and variable speed. Chinese brand and SEW brand for option.
2. Gear Reducers
It adopts three-stage helical gear reduction. The gears and shafts are made of alloy structural steel. The box body and box cover are made of cast iron, with good vibration reduction and reliable sealing.

3. Wire Rope Drum
The drum is directly connected to the reducer, which makes the start-up smoother. One end of the drum is connected with the lifting reducer and motor, and works with the suspension device through the wire rope; the other end is equipped with a height limit device.
4. Control method
Flexible control: supports remote control by handle, cab operation or automation integration (such as linkage with PLC).
Frequency conversion control (optional): realizes stepless speed regulation, precise positioning, and reduces load shaking.
5. Environmental adaptability
High temperature resistant/explosion-proof design (optional): can be customized for metallurgical high temperature workshops or flammable and explosive environments.
Low maintenance requirements: automatic lubrication system, sealed bearings and other designs reduce the frequency of daily maintenance.
6. High efficiency and energy saving
Energy feedback technology (some models): recovers electrical energy when lowering the load to reduce energy consumption.
