Mobile Column Jib Crane Can Be Operated Electrically 1Ton
1. Structural design
• Base and wheel set: Universal wheels or track wheels are installed at the bottom of the column. Some models are equipped with manual/electric drive devices, which can be easily pushed or automatically moved, and the position of the equipment can be flexibly adjusted.
Counterweight design: The base usually integrates counterweight blocks or adjustable counterweights to ensure stability during hoisting and prevent tipping.
• Swivel arm structure: The cantilever can rotate horizontally around the column (180°~360°), and some models support electric rotation to cover a larger operating range.
• Modular combination: It can be adapted to a variety of electric hoists (wire rope or chain type), and wireless remote control, variable frequency speed regulation and other functions can be selected according to needs.
2. Performance characteristics
• No need for fixed installation: Get rid of the dependence of traditional lifting equipment on foundations or tracks, suitable for temporary operations or restricted environments (such as exhibitions, maintenance workshops, and outdoor construction sites).
• Multi-scenario adaptation: Wheeled mobile types can be freely transferred on flat ground; track types are suitable for long-distance straight-line operations (such as between warehouse shelves).
• Three-dimensional movement: cantilever rotation + hoist lateral movement + cargo lifting, precise positioning to the target area.
• Moderate load: typical load range of 0.125~1 ton, meeting the needs of small and medium-sized material handling (such as machinery and equipment, building materials, container cargo).
• Multiple control methods: support flashlight, remote control or cab operation, adapt to different working conditions.
• Low starting resistance: high-quality wheel bearings + reasonable counterweight design to ensure labor-saving when manually pushing.
3. Application scenarios
• Workshops and warehouses: flexibly transfer materials between different stations on the production line, or temporarily load and unload goods.
• Equipment maintenance: used for on-site maintenance of large machinery (such as wind power equipment, ships) Parts hoisting.
• Construction: temporary lifting of building materials, templates, etc., especially suitable for areas without fixed crane coverage.
• Logistics and exhibitions: quickly deployed on loading and unloading platforms or exhibition venues to transport exhibits or equipment.
4. Safety and stability
• Mechanical locking: After moving into position, the equipment is fixed by caster brakes or hydraulic legs to prevent accidental sliding.
• Tilt alarm: Some models are equipped with tilt sensors, which automatically alarm and stop operation when the limit is exceeded.
• Electronic load limiter: Real-time load monitoring, power cut off when overloaded.
• Rotation limit switch: Limit the cantilever rotation angle to avoid collision with surrounding equipment.
